Once your order has been successfully confirmed, we will arrange for packaging and shipment as soon as possible.
- Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 2 days of shipment.
Actual delivery times may experience slight delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, or local logistics circumstances.
- Logistics and Delivery
We will select an appropriate logistics service provider for delivery based on the destination of your order, and we will make every effort to ensure the safe transport of your items.
- International Shipping
For international orders outside of Europe, we also offer cross-border delivery services.
International shipments typically take 5–9 business days to arrive (the exact timeframe depends on customs clearance efficiency and local logistics conditions in the destination country).
Tracking services are provided for all international orders, allowing customers to monitor their delivery progress at any time.
